Hangzhou East Plastic Co., Ltd. is located in Qiandaohu Town,
Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, and is a
professional manufacturer of big bag and waterproof material. We
have experience for 20 years in this field.



It was formerly Hangzhou Xinfeng Plastic Factory. Which was one of
the earliest confirmed key enterprises by National Light Industrial
Division. It began producing plastic bags in 1971. And it was
acknowledged a key civil engineering enterprise by the National
Economic Trade Committee.



In 2001, Hangzhou Xinfeng Plastic Factory was renamed Hangzhou
Meilihua Plastic Co., Ltd. From 2001 to 2007, the main products of
the company are big bag and geotextile fabric, and it was the main
supplier for many projects of dam construction in Shanghai
City.



In 2007, Because of the city expanding, for getting more land to
